"This has been the worst experience with an insurance company I've ever had. We started our policy a month ago, when I was quoted a price per month. The next month it was $60 higher and that continued for 3 months. Then it went down for 2 months because I had asked if they ever applied the PIP exemption, they hadn't. Then it was a different price for 4 months, then changed again the last 2 months. Multiple times I was assured when I had overpaid (as in the PIP exemption) they would credit my bill the next month. They did not. They are not good at returning messages or emails until you get extremely upset for getting ignored. I bought a new car and had to add insurance, and waited 2 hours at the dealership because no one at the office was answering the phones to add my car (it was a Monday at 2 p.m.) Finally we dropped a vehicle down to PLPD and I was told what the new price would be but that the bill couldn't be changed. I said I was not going to pay and wait for a credit because it never happened in the past. So the agent gave me the new amount to pay. It was $156 cheaper by lowering our coverage. For the next month I kept getting notices that I still needed to pay the $156. Every time I talked to the agent, she assured me it was taken care of in accounting. Until yesterday... when a different agent spoke to my husband saying we still owed $156, and then when I got home, I got a notice of cancellation in the mail because of $156 unpaid. Funny thing is.. the same afternoon i posted this review, it got a response from the owner. In 2 years, I never got a response when i tried to contact him."
